  1. keep in mind  the US  Dept of  state  do keep up with visa issued by name  so upon you making attempt  they will refuse you any visa and permanently bar you from ever applying again   keep the hellout of usa  we don;t need  people like you from entering

  2. you have a right to have 2 passports, such as, if you have dual citizenship

but what you cannot do,is ask for another visa to the US,from another passport, especially if you have received a visa to the US already,

you must always use the same passport, The US immigration would see that, do now that.

  3. i think you are breaking the law. why do you have 2 passports anyways, unless you have an alias.

if i knew where to report this i would.  somrthing is really fishy about this!!!

  4. Theoretically speaking, if you have 2 passports - Country A and Country B (dual citizenship). You have a US visa on Passport A. To get another US visa, you must travel to Country B and apply to the US Embassy there. You then have to prove family ties in a country where you do not reside, show bank statements, employment certification etc. Also be ready to have a good answer why you need a second visa when one has already been issued to you. They have the option to revoke the other visa if they think you are up to no good. If you can do that too, then maybe they will give you a visa. Remember you need only one passport, one visa, to enter one country.
