I have 2 qustin should i take a shower in hot or cold water and do i use directly to my face?

am trying to use cold for one week and hot for another but i cant really tell whats happening

Well, this is an odd question but typically when you use hot water on your skin especially for too long it tends to dry out the skin. I don't think cold does anything to it besides waking the body up. But hot water definitely dries out the skin.

You can use hot and cold water on your face, both when you are exfoliating. Hot water opens the pores to get a deep cleanse while cold water closes them up after you finish cleaning.
