I have 2 solar panels one is 100 watts 12 volts the other is 15 watts 12 volts can they be hooked togeather?

I am charging two ....6volt batteries connected to give me 12 volts 450 amp hours I would like to connect the 2 and possibly more panels togeather so the batteries will charge faster is all this possible if the panels are all 12 volt but different watts and if so what is the proper way to connect the panels Series or parellel???

Connect them in parellel. This will give you 12vdc at 115 watts  and around 9.5 amps.
