I have 2 sources with a red yellow white composite cable is there a way to combine them to work on one input?

  1. An audio video switcher box would work. You can also run them to a A/V receiver unit then to your TV.


  2. That is one option or there is the pricy route, and that would be to get all new equipment and move into hdmi land, then hdmi connectordoes combine audio and video all  in one cable

    but you need a newer tv and newer players.

  3. Yes and no, you will need to get a video router, often called a switch, you can get them at radio shack for twenty dollars or from high end electronics stores for five hundred dollars. Just stop by your local video/ electronics store and ask them for a two input video router. It will be a little box with six plugs on one side (input) and three on the other(output), there should be a button or two on one side.

    But if you wanted to see both images at the same time that is not possible.

  4. Yes. go to radio shack and buy a "piggyback" cable. they provide multiple inputs/outputs from/to a single source. less than 20 bux......
