  1. You should only be able to lift the weight 4-8 times if you want to add muscle mass.  You are supposed to do low repetitions and heavy weight.

If you can lift it 25 times, the only thing that does is increase endurance and completely fatigue slow-twitch muscle fibers.  You won't gain mass that way.

You should use a weight that is approximately 80% of a weight that you can lift for only one repetition max.

    Best of luck!

  2. 2 months?

well u can gain a bit, but not only lifting can get you bigger, you gotta have the right nutrition, and good amount of rest so your muscles can heal.  without rest, you may hurt yourself, and even slow down your muscle growth.  you may not see a very big difference in 2 months, gaining muscle takes time, gotta be patient with it.

you definetly need heavier weights, 20 pounds isnt very much, you want to lift 8-10 reps.  25 reps is a lot... i would be too lazy to do that. to get bigger you would need heavier weights, and lower reps.

  3. if you want to get results in two months you must do until you cant do anymore ignore the tiredness keep doing it like if it was s*x lol and do one day other dont and again yes no for two  motnhs you will have big bicepts but you can do 3 times a week but it takes about 4 moths

    pls some help
