how to obtain and install the little motors?

I would check the switch first, i have had a few 01 T&C in my shop lets say 1 out of 5 actually needed a regulator/ motor. replacing the switch has fixed the other 4.

First, the motor is PRBABLY not the issue, Press the the button and listen for a whirring noise,any noise at all and the motor works.m The most common problem is in the drive wheels,three plastic dowels that rotate around the motor. If the problem just started there is a s***w at the of the motor casting s***w it in a little, it might work until the cooler weather makes it easier to work outside in, the work is easy but messy due to the grease.  GOOD LUCK!

Before trying to replace them I suggest you check out the wiring inside the door panel leading to the motor.Once you've the door panel off and gain access to the motor look for a ground wire running to the motor and remove the s***w or bolt from it.Clean the s***w or connection and the wire end connectors with a wire brush or file or fine sand paper and make sure that its all as shiny clean as possible and reconnect the wire.

Then try the window with the engine running and see if it works any better.

If you find that you need new motors try to locate a big do it yourself auto wreckers and pick up the motors for cheap , plus then I'd grab all 4 motors.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way you should check if the door switches are getting a good solid current too.Also one trick I use is to get a set of battery booster jumpers and clamp the negative to the negative battery post solidly and then try without the car running jumping the ground inside the door and see if the windows work better once car is started without cleaning the ground right away. At least then you know if you clean the grounds then it should work better.
