I have 3.41OFW fat bricked psp can i unbrick this without pandora?

i know that almostall of thee time u need pandora but aparently if its under 3.50 ofw u dnt need a pandoras battery

can some1 explain to me wot a time machine is

i also have hold of the 3.95GEN files

and i was wondering would it b safe to put a fat battery in a slim cfw psp to make a pandora in the recovery menu?

Time machine is program for tricking the slim psp into having the 1.50 kernel, u dont need it. yes a fat battery is safe so dont worry
