I have 3 big stains in my carpet I have a carpet cleaner but it wont get it out any suggestions?? HELP!!! Should we just call a professional and get them to do it; its not wine or something crazy I know a professional could do it; any help would be appreciated; thanks

You might want to hire a professional if you can. I would need more details about what the stains are. There's a reason for you not including all the information but This is probably why you don't have any answers. Call a carpet cleaners Monday and good luck with whatever it is.

Chances are, if you've already used a carpet cleaner on it and it still hasn't come out, it's set in.  Even a professional cleaner probably won't work - new carpet for you!  Yipee!!
