  1. Isn't this a song?

"Two little duckies went out to play, over the hill and far far away, mother duck said "Quack quack quack quack"... but only one little duckie came back..."

  2. i had ducklings once but they kept on stepping on each other

i guess your ducks cannot come home

    or maybe never

cause its a big world they can be easily lost

maybe they cannot find home or maybe you can find them

  3. They were most likely eaten by something. Ducks normally come home when it's near dark. So if they can't go home and haven't returned by morning when there's light. They're most likely long gone. Does the other one look like she's in trauma?

The boy is usually the first to go as he'll try and defend the girls

  4. If you fed them, they may come back...with friends.

  5. He Might i Make No Promises

  6. maybe they eloped.

  7. maybe they tend to leave to go and mate and if they want they will take the ducklings back to you and rasie them there

  8. Are you sure thay ran away? Did you have a fenced in yard? WHat breed/color aare they?

Some dont run away. If you have a pond near your home that is where you are likly to find them. Are you sure you saw them. SOme wild animal like coons, dogs, fox, and hawks can take them and kill them. Also people can take them as well. I have seen it done.

If you had a fenced in yard they shouldnt of gotten out. If you clip there wings they shoudlnt. If you have muscovies, mallards, or swedish then thay can fly some.

If you have pekins which are white than they can not fly away. Ducks dont usually walk too far from home because they get tired fast.

Try looking around your neighbor hood and place an ad and sign and definantly put a reward sight that always gets peoples attentiopn, anything for $.

How long have you had them? If you had them for a while they should come back, its very rare that they would just leave like thet and the other didnt go. Eather you have a raccoon problem and they killed them and took there body, thats what they do) or you have a theif.

Do you have a pen for them at nght? If you have a fenced in yard, wild animals can still get in, if yiou have no roof hawks and coons can get in. If there is a hole aorund the pen foxes do that. They need to be in garage, shed, or a cage thet no aniams can stick there hand through. So if you have them in your backyard or out in the open than a preditor has gotten them. Its certain for that or a [person took them because ducks are flocks and where one goes rest follow and the one feme satyed so im gusiing for sure a [preditor or theif.
