I have 3 frogs and i dont know how old they are how do you tell?

If they're frogs, they're full grown adults.  If they're tadpoles, they're babies to adolescents.

its never easy as frogs go through metamorphosis at different times rates and sizes depending on there environment species subspecies and a few other factors what species are we talking about and i maybe be able to give a rough guess but nothing conclusive

theres no way of telling how old the frog is just by looking at it if they are adults. you could try cutting it in half and counting the rings.
