  1. That is way to much money

  2. $1000 a piece is ridiculously high!

  3. That's a lot of money. Just go by what you can afford...I usually just do around $200-$300 a kid but have to start in early August and buy it in more than one trip.

  4. welll it depends on what you think is right for them as if they still fit in last years cloths and they are still great looking i would say 7 outfits to start with like shorts and shirts and shoes new underwear and sock i would say no more then 200.00 a piece or less if you find it cheap

  5. $1,000 a piece?!  No way.  Maybe $1,000 for all three depending on their age, but not on each.  All three of my kids needed an entirely new wardrobe last year because they had outgrown every last article of clothing.  I spent less than $500 on everything.  Clothes for several seasons, shoes, socks, hats, coats, etc.  Then again, they were all under the age of 3, so.......

  6. no, not 1000 a piece unless all you shop at are 'rich stores'. that's ridiculous. I'm 16 and my dad only spends a couple hundred on me for back to school clothes. and then throughout the year, if i grow or something. i go and get just a couple shirts or something.

    but not 1000, a child.

  7. what are you rich...???

    thats too much..

    i'd say like 300 a piece...

like start off with 5-7 pairs clothes..

    1-2 pairs of shoes

    then underwear,etc.....

    and dont go expensive...

    ^_^

    then after that...

you can go shop after the first week or something..

when the back to school shoppers die out...

  8. $1,000 a piece is outragious lmao. I have 4 kids and probably spend that much on them total, including school supplies, shoes, coats, all clothing, etc...

  9. Well I usually spend $1000 on my 15 year old daughter and my 17 year old son combined. They only like American Eagle, Ambercrombie and Fitch, Aeropostal.....etc. And if you always shop there you know that it's expensive! With my 7 year old daughter I get her clothes from  The Children's Place and I spend $300-$450. Because she's not really into her appearence yet, but I always make sure all of my kids have what they need....and or want :)

  10. Like everyone else said, $1000 is ridiculous.  You spend what you can afford, there's no set amount.

  11. That is way too much. I'd get them 5 pairs each and a couple pairs of shoes.  $1000 a piece is ridcioulous.

  12. it depends in what school they are in?

  13. No Way!!!!! I spent around 300 for each of my 4 kids when they started school. Then during the year, if they need anything else, then shop more!  Also.... don't buy their school supplies until you get a list from their teacher! Sometimes you buy what you think they will need and it is totally different from what they do need!

  14. That's crazy.

Get what your kids need.. If they have no jeans, buy jeans.   No one says it needs to be bought before the first day of school... When school starts, head to the mall and all the back to school things will be on markdown... $1000 is far too much.
