    When I look at pics of me at different weights I could tell the difference in my face.

    Eat a lot of vegetables, less sugar and fried, and do cardio for 25-45 mins atleast 4 days a week!

It's hard to say.  Since each person gains/loses weight in different areas.  Haven't u seen some fit people with minor double chins?  it's always puzzled me at times.  The easiest one to work out would be your legs of course, generally by working a particular body partout, you can reduce fat in that area, by building muscle there.  The same goes for your belly.  As for cheek fat, i don't think you can excercise that.  

    The easiest way to lose fat ne where is to do aerobics or lift. Lifting produced faster fat loss for me, cuz of my boost in metabolism, but if you're referring to that thin layer of fat that is preventing definition of your muscles, then you want to use aerobics for that.
