  1. You are making an erroneous assumption as to what "Statutes of Limitation" are.  SoL refer to the maximum period in which you can bring a criminal charge or civil claim against somebody.  While there may be crimes like "Bail Jumping" when you don't show up to court, the real issue is whether your probation can be extended.  Probation is a sentence (unless you're on some kind of pre-sentence probation like IPS that we have in NYS), and there is no statute of limitation.  There is a right to a speedy sentence, and some states have even codified this, but these laws are pretty liberally applied - if you've dropped off tyhe map, you will be resentenced when you get back.

  2. one day you'll be stopped, and they'll run you, then it'll be back to your husband in the big house.

  3. No there is not.  Warrants, probation/parole violations never expire.  That would defeat the purpose of them.

  4. Death. Until then or your serve your sentence, you are a fugitive from the law.

  5. When you are caught, jail time.

    Till you die.
