I have 4 computers,is it possible to update them all from one?

They're all Windows Vistas.Right now I have to do "Windows Update" on each computer seperately.A real hassle.Yet in some companies the administraters claim they can do this from central office.I use a network system,like them.

The easiest way is to set up the machines to download and install updates automatically and leave them running. Then all critical updates are handled for you.

To check out the remote machines and do special updating, the easy way is to install remote control software so that you can take control of the remote machines and run them from a central location.

Try TightVNC or UltraVNC - they are free and work well

It will be easier than trying set up a system to download the updates to a server and pointing Windows Updates to a local server

depends  can they all handle the updates as in hard drives etc..
