  1. h**l ******* no.

12 kilos will take more than a year.

I dont know how you think bodybuilding is that easy, if you want to gain that much, take steroids because that's the only way you'll ever get muscle that fast.

And running will just burn up all your protein, dont waste time with it.

  2. Muscles? NO!

though you can stuff your face with food and supplements you cannot gain that much in such a short time. muscle building takes time.

  3. Eat Plain food and as few as calories as possible consume water normally and take a multi vitamin FISH! Plain tuna is great!

No fries no fat/grease no mayo,... PLAIN ☺

  4. only if you go to the market and by 12 Kilos of roast beef and stuff it in your jock. Hey -who'd ask you to show it?

in otherwords-you are so behind the power curve on this!-LOL!!!

  5. The key ingredient to gaining muscle mass is to add lots of PROTEIN to your daily diet. You should have 1.0-1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. Protein helps your body to build lean muscle after your workout. Speaking of workout, I would start with simple toning exercises (low weight/more reps) to get your muscles used to being worked. After about 2 weeks you can go to the strengthening exercises (high weight/low reps). This will break down your muscles fast and with all the protein in your diet, when they heal it will be solid lean muscle mass.

Its not possible to gain 12 kilos in 5 day. The most i've gained was 4.5kilos in 6days.
