why don't just do community service to pay them off.  speak to the judge i sure they'll understand

If you take the tickets in and explain yourself, you can get a payment plan going as opposed to a warrant for your arrest.

Go in and explain your situation. Bringing paystubs and proof of your other bills might also help.

Nope.  There are no groups to get you out of a mess you put yourself in.  If you don't have money for tickets, then don't do the actions that result in tickets.

You have no choice but to go in and speak with the authorities.  Work out some plan, or you may find yourself in much worse trouble later on.
