  1. 3 per pot only

  2. Just put one in each pot and when they grow to about 6", transplant them to a bed with a wall or fence for backing and support. The roots will not be disturbed or broken if you do this.

  3. it will look more rich if all in one pot and the roots will be thicker

  4. Depends on the size of the pots and the variety of sunflower. If you've got say Russian Giants, one per pot and it should be a 8" pot atleast- they can get 5'+ tall! On the other hand if you have a dwarf variety 2-3 should be ok in the same sized pot.

  5. That depends on what kind of sunflower seeds you have.  I plant the Mammoth varieties that grow to five feet tall and they need one pot per seed.
