No, they shouldn't be deformed. It takes more than just one generation for inbreeding to show, although it still isn't a good idea to let them breed. Try to keep the males and females separated, and if you want to breed your hamsters, buy an unrelated male.

they probably wont even last that long , mine just kept dying i kept buying more and if they do mate , thats just gross
