I have 7 zones on my sprinkler system and they all run but zone 7,, My control box does flash err.?

if you have a irritrol rd-6 or rd-9 or rd-12 series timer they have an overlaping test program from the factory. which causes an error display instructions are in the new manual on how to reset the module.  but most likely you have a bad solenoid. take the wire off the timer for 7 and run 7 manualy from clock. this should tell you if the clock is good or bad. if good no error display change solenoid. if error shows reset factory default program . take out battery set switch to set programs unplug ribbon of module from box. hold manual button while plugging the ribbon back in , release manual button . your reset all good
