I have 92 seadoo pwc, it takes a while for it to start?

when i do get it started it runs great, then when i turn it off it takes awhile for it to start up again, any suggestions. thanks !!

  1. It could be that your fuel pump on the carb is wore out. They have a diagram that after a while gets hard and leaks.  If you get a carb rebuild kit it will come with new diagrams, You can also put a primer on it so all you have to do is pump the primer a few times and it would fire right up


  2. clean/rebuild carb, when starting try chocking it, and pumping the throttle, but for sure it sounds like a carb issue.  Also what is the compression of the cylinders? Also just check make sure your spark plugs are OK, thats may also be problem
