I have 95 honda prelude, that just stopped while driven down the road..

come to find out it wasn't getting fire. so i changed everything that i could think of i.e. the coil, distributor cap and rotor, plugs and wires. and it still wont start the only thing that happens is the starter turns the motor and thats it...... PLEASE HELP!! I'm at my wits end...thanks

  1. Replace the ignitor, it's part of the distributor. First make sure the timing belt didn't snap.


  2. im trying to remember and i could be wrong but  i would replace the ecm or computer in the car  also make sure its getting gas   another thing is make sure that the timing isnt off....

  4. check if u have spark  honda got lot's of prom igniter in distibutor

    what you're millage

    also check timing belt  take dist cap off see if rotor is turning if not  belt gone or jump
