I have A LOT of bacne!!!! PLZ HELP!?

I just broke out. I have A LOT of acne on my back and shoulders and colar bone. No matter what I do i cant get rid of it! are there any tips that can help me? also are there any acne medications that can help get rid of it fast? THANX SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

  1. what you should do is when you wash your back wash it last so oil wont get everywhere when you wash. also i herd that proactive helps with bacne
