I have A Male Rainbow lorikeet and he is very vicious

he used to be so friendly but he was my friends and she has moved around alot he seemed to become motre aggresive and i would like to get him to become more friendly as he is a awesome talker and such personality but he draws blood ;/ any suggestions?

the bird maybe misses the old owner so try to contact them to see what they did to keep the bird happy.
