I have ADD, can i be excuse from jury duty?

I use to take pills for it when i was younger. but i dont now but i still have ADD.

Jury duty is a wonderful way for citizens to participate and give back to a government that (mostly) protects our rights.  Be honest and tell them you have ADD, but enjoy your chance to participate if you do get chosen.

yes; just tell the judge you cannot focus long enough to pay attention to anything longer than 1 or 2 minutes; and have a faulty memory.  the judge will excuse you.

I bet any defense attorney would love to have you on a jury, don't mention it.

Also, why not do your civic duty, it is part of being a good citizen (even though it is usually boring).

When the opportunity arises just speak frankly, you may or may not be selected .
