I have ADHD and i take meds which help but is there a way to fight being hyper?

i have it to. and i can think of a few ways to help the hyperactivity:

1. listen to calmer music e.g. jazz, funk

2. do something creative. adhd kids naturally are artisticly gifted. e.g. learn an instrument, paint etc

3. find something that interests you and learn about it. i love languages. i love learning about them.

4. play sport. something fast. violent sports are fun. but not always good.
