I have ALOT of loose fast food toys..Where/who can I sell them?

Unless they are sets of something collectible, like the build-a-bear, Ty beanie babies, Disney's 101 dalmatians...stuff like that, you probably won't get much out of them. You could try putting the entire lot on eBay but it really just depends on what you have.

Usually I see them in boxes at yard sales for $.10 a piece.

I know eBay is the obvious answer, but we have a friend who makes a (modest) living selling McDonalds sets on eBay and is quite successful with them. You'd be surprised how many people collect them.

Try eBay.  You can sell ANYTHING on there, and it seems there is usually someone who will buy just about ANYTHING too.  Either eBay, or maybe Craigslist.  Or you could always do it the old-fashioned way and advertise in the paper.  (I wouldn't hold my breath on making a lot money, but you never know.)
