  2. If you had acid reflux, you wouldn't be worrying about bad breath.

Acid reflux is stomach acid coming up your oesophagus- you get burning in your throat and occasionally in your mouth.

Acid reflux is a killer if you have to have a general anaesthetic- it leads to Mendelson's syndrome (where the acid gets into your lungs)

Phlegm at the back of the throat is normal.

  3. Eat a banana, nature's antacid.thier are amillion things that can upset you with acid reflux. It can cause bad breath, so make sure that you remember what your eating when these symptoms occur. This is very important, cause acid reflux if not takin care of can have very severe symptoms in the future...Try not to pump your stomach full of pills and store bought stuff if you can, stop it where it starts..Another thing, bad breath can be caused by cavities or a bad tooth. So hygiene is very key..If all else fails, eat raw parsly. That will help the breath.... Remember, if you smoke,  STOP...

  4. acid reflux refers to gastroesophageal reflux disease commonly due to transient or permanent changes in the barrier between the esophagus and the stomach.

bad breath can be one symptom of it. and you need to cure this disease to get rid of bad breath.  added to that, you must see to it that you give full attention to proper oral hygiene. seek the help of your physician and dental hygienist.

natural oral rinses are also great in reducing bacteria-causing bad breath and keeps mouth clean and healthy by hydrating it.
