I have Anthem PPO and live in Kentucky. Does anyone know what it will cover in regards to IVF or IUI?

I know the diagnosis of infertility is voodoo for insurance companies!

  1. it wont cover a penny for infertility, but if you had ED it would pay for viagra... wtf


  2. Yes, that'd be a big no with most insurance companies because it's too expensive and it's elective.

  3. Likely it doesn't cover anything at all.  I don't think Kentucky mandates any infertility treatments.  

    You'll have to call the number on the back of your card and ask, though.
