i need a medication that dos not do that much harm to my liver.

  1. Tegretol is clearly the worst medication for the liver. Depakote can also effect the liver.

    Antipsychotics like Risperdal, Seroquel, Zyprexa, Geodon, and Abilify are fairly neutral.

    Lithium is excreted entirely by the kidneys so it would be the first choice in someone with liver problems.
