I have Brown eyes and i went swimming for about an hour and my eyes have a thin blue ring around my eyes???

It was about 2 when i went swimming and i see kind of foggy and i see like bright shiny light around stuff and people??? I'm a little freaked out let me know what you think

Sounds like you just have some corneal edema, did you open your eyes under water? If so your eyes might just have a bit more fluid build up than usual, and they might be a bit irritated from the chlorine as well.
