I have Comcast digital cable, how do I order pay per view?

I've never ordered pay per view b4. My Dad is coming over tomorrow to watch his boxing channel fight Trinidad/Jones. I don't know how to work the cable or how to order the channel. Help please and how much is it?

Tune to the channel you want to buy, And hit buy, If it can, It will go ahead and purchase it, But if not, it will make you call a 800 Number to order, Mine always made me call...

Call comcast and ask, i know they are still open right now because i am wokring right now security at a call center that deals with comcast customer

Just go to the channel on which the pay-per-view event is showing. If you click "information" on the remote, it'll give you a summary of what the event is about, a bunch of options at the bottom menu, and on the upper right, how much it is going to cost (that's how mine is setup). On the bottom menu, you should have option of choosing "BUY." Once you select it, your cable box sort of "thinks" and then you can start watching the pay-per-view. The event repeats itself right after you've watched it, but I only get to watch it twice for the ppvs I buy. I get ppvs a couple of times a year and I have Comcast Digital, so the way I do it is probably the way you need to do it.
