  1. I dont know the company but googled this, hope this helps you:

    Answer

"I took a look at Continental Dynamics and I see they were originally known as Gila Uranium Corporation, then Continental Dynamics Inc., then Ltd. After they changed the name from Gila, they got in very serious trouble with the SEC in 1969. After they changed to Dynamics Ltd., they got in serious trouble with the SEC AGAIN in 1971. Most companies that have these kinds of trouble don't last long, especially since one of the issues appears to be that they had no idea how many common shares were actually issued. Seems incredible, but true.

The Company was incorporated in Utah and had its offices in Las Vegas, which is a huge red flag on both counts for the 1970's as both were the center of the penny stock scam world. I found nothing on Matex Ltd. and don't know where that fits in.

These tiny penny stocks of the 60's - early 1980's are very obscure, with many serving as their own transfer agents (thus the issue about claiming to not know how many shares there were outstanding - a legitimate transfer agent would know). Best bet may be to take the certificate to a broker and see if they can find out more for you."
