I have HP Office Jet V40. I changed ink cartridges. When I put the printer on, there was a message in the window, "Clear carriage jam, and then press Enter." I opened the door and had a good look, there was no obvious jam. It makes a little noise but the cartridges cattiage does not move to the right end. How to put it right? Please advise
