battery charge ok able to unlock but then canot selct phone or other function by touch pl help

it is damage,my friend also have same problem and went to apple store,they figure out it is damaged

If you still have under warranty,apple will replace it.go to apple.com,click warranty status at the right bottom of iphone section.put there your serial number of phone
