I have Lemark 5400 Series printer help...?

My Printer is not allowing me to scan since it doesn't see any application to scan too, everything else is ok, help? It only says says "Cannot retrieve Application list."

Your computer does not have an OCR program on it (optical character recognition). This should have came on the CD with your printer. Try to reinstall your printer and make sure your scan software is included in the download. If this does not work, you may have to go and buy OCR software.
