I have MS and have just had antibiotics?

having visited the dentist recently he gave me some antibiotics and i have started to walk and feel a lot better,do you think that the antibiotics could have helped with the MS?it sure eels like it and it must be one h**l of a coincidence if not.anyone out there know if this is true or not?
