I have Nero 7 ultra edition, but it dont recognize the Japanese simbols, what i can to do?

I need to put Japanese subtitles in a video but i dont know how to do it, because when i write japanese simbols it shows only this: ?????????

Please help...

Or how i can do for put Japanese subtitles with another video editor??
