I have Orange broadband and they are terrible!?

This question is based on the UK only. I have been with Orange Broadband for some years now and until recently found them OK. My wireless router developed a problem which I tried to report to Orange. After spending what must be around £18.00 on 0906 phone numbers to some clown in India it was found to be the adaptor that was at fault. A new one was ordered, but I am still waiting for it to be delivered. (Ten days ago)

This is my question: Does anyone know of a reliable ISP that gives good customer service within the UK?

BE internet if you are lucky enough to be near one of their exchanges. they have a convenient postcode checker for you to find out.

Failing that I highly recommend DEMON internet, available over ALL exchanges if you have a BT line. They are great but do not offer quite as high a speed.

BOTH of these companies have NO download limits and VERY fair FAIR USAGE POLICIES.

Can't recommend them enough.
