My husband really wants to have a baby, but i'm not sure. Before I found out I had PCOS I really wanted to get pregnant, but now it's just so emotionally draining because of all the medicine I have to take, and then if I don't get pregnant it's dissappointing and I don't know what I should do??

  1. I was told a couple of yrs ago that I also had PCOS. Don't panic. You'll be fine. When I found out that I had it I was devastated as well!  I always wanted to have a baby and then when they told me that I had PCOS I was so sad. Anyhow , a few months later to my surprise I got pregnant.

In my case I went to a Naturalist ( a person who recommends natural alternatives) She also told me that I had cyst on my ovaries and gave me a natural remedy. I was taking something similar to Clomid from GNC at the time as well to help me ovulate regularly. So I am not to sure what did it. But I do suggest to get a second opinion.

It is not impossible to get pregnant when you have PCOS. But it may just be a lil more challenging. Give it some time and relax. keep trying what the doctor gave you. If that does not work then ask about what other alternatives you have in regard to get pregnant.

    I hope this was helpful.

  2. i had PCOS too my doctor advice me to take pill (DIANE) but not intentionaly i forgot to 1 pill then i became pregnant...

  3. im in the same boat,i pray 4 u dear,GOD will help us

  4. Don't give up just yet. I have two children, boy and girl. I also have PCOS and also took clomid for both pregnancies. There are couples that are lucky and get pregnant their first time, but that's not always the case. I took clomid for three months before getting pregnant with my daughter, and four months with my son. If after 3-4 months of medication you haven't conceived, then follow up with your doc if you want to be more aggressive with treatment. Good Luck!!!!

  5. You have to take clomid for more than 1 cycle. Also, get him checked coz it cud also be him. I have pcos and after a year trying we found out that my hubby also has a problem. Try clomid again and have timed s*x. Even people with no problems cud take upto a year to get pregnant...so have patience (I know its hard).

  6. tell him to adopt, theres plenty of children needing a parent
