I have Panda and Spynomore on my computer. Is this okay or do they both do the same thing?

In addition will these interfere with any anti-virus that came installed from the factory on my computer?

  1. SpyNoMore is as close to being rogue as you can get without crossing the line. Sorry if you spent $$ on it, but it's junk. I would suggest uninstalling it and replacing it with Superantispyware and/or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for your on-demand antispyware, and add Comodo BOClean for your real-time antimalware protection.

    > Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

    > Comodo BOClean: http://www.comodo.com/boclean/boclean.ht...

    * All of the above are free, and are better than most of what you could buy... especially SpyNoMore.

Edit: No computer comes from the factory with an antivirus installed. Some vendors may install a trial version of an antivirus (usually McAfee or Norton), and if your computer came with an antivirus pre-installed, you will have to either disable its real-time monitoring or uninstall it all together before installing a different antivirus.

  2. no way

  3. Panda is an anti virus (unless you have the internet security suite)....spynomore is a spyware remover. you're in good hand with both, they work together to keep your computer clean. i'd keep them both. but if you already have the Panda internet security... you wont need the spynomore any more. it just messes up your system.

  4. NOT OKAY!

  5. no way
