h**l no.  Bush is sharing carries and I don't think you will get a PEYTON Manning caliber player in the second round in deeper leagues.

It really depends on where your current draft picks are and where the 2nd round pick would be. But most likely I would say it is not a good trade for you. Bush isn't going to do much good and you're not likely to find a player to replace Manning in the second round.
