I have Progressive auto insurance.. my car was damaged in a hit and run while it's parked in a parking lot

    Yes, you'll be covered, less your deductible if any.


  2. Call in the claim.  They will schedule an appraisal.  They will pay you less your deductible since the other party is not identified.

  3. It's a little late to be asking about 'how's Progressive', but since you have full coverage the claim should be covered less your deductable.

    Best to ask the agent.

  4. For automobile insurance the obvious way to get a good rate is do a policy comparison on auto policies. Make certain that you choose similar policies with the same limits, auto type, location, etc so that all things are an accurate comparison.
