I have SBI ATM *** debit card .I am going to Taiwan . How can I get money in Taiwan using this card.?

To add to Jeff's answer, this isn't necessarily true.  Many ATMs here are simply local ATMs and are not connected to an international network for some reason, but a Taiwan network.  Be sure to look for the symbol on your bank card.  I know 7-11 ATMs use Visa cards.  So if you're really stuck and have a Visa logo on your card, you can use that.

If the card contains Cirrus/Plus Visa interlink can use it at any ATM.

Use your card as a debit card instead as its a bit difficult to actually withdraw money without its affiliate network bank. Taiwan First Bank has several overseas network affiliate and they can accept many overseas debit card for withdrawal as I done with my DBS Debit Card in Taiwan as my bank is affiliate to (My Bank in a Singapore Bank). If your bank is also affiliate to it, then the ATM is easier to spot by.
