unistall it and then reinstall it will be better and when crashing dont open to many programs just use one at a time better such as (sims) only not firefox or msn lol

i dont play sims but i play crysis yaaaaaaaay baby with double nivida sli damm thats hot

your computer may not have the specs to handle it running the sims game. You may need a better video/graphics card, or more memory, or a better processor.
