I have Subscribed to Yahoo alerts but i'm not receiving those alerts to my mobile.?

I'm from india. I have subsribed to Yahoo Alerts for news and sports. I have not received atleast a single SMS. but when i log in to alerts.yahoo.com it says that in history it has sent many SMS. can anyone help me to find the bug.
