  1. well all i do is use a straightener & it takes forever...so i'll watch this question for more answers maybe myself..good luck

  2. i myself have thick hair and was NEVER able to get it straight until i got a very good hair straightener, (i would get a chi! their awesome, light and do an awesome job in less time!) i also shampoo and condition my hair with "dangerously straight" by herbal essence. the shampoo and conditioner wont STRAIGHTEN your hair but it will make it a loooot easier :]

    hope that helps

oh and i have hair thats pretty long (past my shoulder-blades...and it only takes me 30 min to straightening all of it (i mean really really really straight!)

  3. How about trying to adopt nice a hairstyle with layers? It would make everything easier, I guess... :)

  4. Do you have it thinned. I have thick hair and I have my beautician thin it.

Also use CHI products with a CHI straightener. I blow dry it straight first then use the straightener (with a comb attached) to smooth it down. Do not forget to use a protectant on your hair to keep it from burning.

  5. Assuming your hair is curly...They're aren't any products that will straighten your hair..There is Chemically Straigheners, Something which is damaging, and your taking a big chance with, meaning that it may or may not work...or a Flat Iron, and heat protector.

  6. I know how you feel I have super thick hair. First, i use some catwalk leave in conditioner and then you strainer your hair with a wet to straight straightener by Conair. Finally spray a little hairspray on your hair equally on all sides of your hair and then go over it all with the straightener again. Finally your hair should be straight. That's what I do. This should only cost you like 25 dollars. You can get the straightener at walmart very inexpensive. It works the best and your hair can even be wet, but if you get it don't touch the top too close to your hand I burnt myself.

  7. get it thinned out and then get some serum and straightening balm.

  8. I have the same problem.  My hair is THICK!  ughh

I have to take a shower at night, then blow dry my hair while brushing it straight.  (still poofy)  Then I go to bed.  I have Pantene style volumizing mousse, that I but in in the morning, then straighten my hair in layers with a regular straightener.  Then I spray frizz ease on my brush and brush it through!

Seems to work for me, how you can get something to work too! :)

    mine?

  9. Get a good straightener and just straighten in smaller pieces. Section out your hair.

  10. I don't know of any products, but after I wash my hair I blow dry with a condenser, pull my hair straight as it dries and then afterwards use a straightener... my hair is really thick and super curly, but that usually does the trick, other than that I think the only problem would be frizz.
