I have Tan (classic taupe) walls with a chocolate brown accent wall. What color couch do i do? leather?

its my first place..and i cannot make a decision! but i want a contemporary look. nothing bulky or too large. no sectionals. i was thinking 2 love seats facing eachother becuase of the set up of the room....help! thank you!

I've got a nice tip for you you should draw a chocolate Browne co lore on your computer and bold it then you will get it's reverse colour then make it lighter and the colour you got will rock with the room

Darker colors will show less dirt, so I'd go with the chocolate brown.  Microfiber is sturdier and easier to clean than leather.  If you might have overnight guests, you could get loveseats that fold out into beds.  I have seen chairs that fold out into twin-sized beds too.  Ethan Allen has some nice contempory furniture on their website if you want to look at pictures.

Ditto the red accents.  Please don't do aqua, it has become so common.

You're on the right track. A dark brown/black leather will be very sleak depending on the furniture style. Look for straight clean lines. Throw in a glass and metal coffee table between the two love seats. Another idea is to keep one sofa and then add a set of club chairs, you can do these in a pattern or another color to add and carry through your space. The room sounds great goodluck!

i was thinking red also, however, i would get one love-seat and either one or two chairs. a coffee table in the middle to give it an intimate feeling. you could go green or certain shades of royal blue. the shade of any color makes it or breaks it when your are matching. the colors you have painted with are pretty neutral so you could use a few different colors. red would be really nice though.
