I have Time Warner Cable. I just added internet to my services because I already have digital phone.?

Question

Now the phone doesn't work and the two lights for the telephone on the modem aren't lit up. What do I do?

I would call Time Warner for technical support.  I find that technical support people are usually very helpful.

It could be a wiring problem. Talk to tech support and have someone come out because you may have a splitter in your home (cable & internet on the same line) and the line may be overwhelmed by the data it's carrying.
