If meltdown occurs by accident or attack then millions of people will die as india is very populated country.

The nuclear weapons issue will also rise as power plants can produce fuel for nuclear weapon, so will cauese bad relation with neighbouring countries.

The nuclear plants in india are among the most unsafe plants in the world with very little safety mesures.

So nuclear power plants are very unsafe unless very high technology and safety systems ae used.
