  1. yeah

  2. You are allowed to visit for up to 3 months without additional permits - but you are not allowed to work -

you'd be wise to simply visit the Irish govt website to check the official position - don't make a decision based on comments from a bunch of Yahoos (like me)

  3. Yes, if you are coming to visit.  If you are coming from Northern Ireland, your visa won't even be checked as there are no customs checkpoints now.  If you plan to stay and work, you will have to meet current requirements.

  4. NO!!!

  5. Your visa covers you for the United Kingdom. The Republic of Ireland is not in the UK - so the answer is NO!

  6. YES.

  7. No you can't, you can only visit on holiday.

  8. Yeah !If you're flying though you need a passport. As for going from the North to the South you can drive freely!

  9. you can travel for a holiday but working would be a different matter as the republic of ireland is seperate entirely from the uk and has differnet laws governing things like this.consult an irish embassy

  10. Southern Ireland is a geographical area, nothing got to do with the name of a country. What you may be doing is referring to the Republic of Ireland. If this is the case yes you do need to get another visa.
